LocalMotion

The sounds of laughter, chatter, and music reverberated throughout a transformed Arch Street during our LocalMotion benefit on September 28^th. There to celebrate community collaboration, guests mingled while enjoying delicious food courtesy of Burke Catering and Big Green Truck Pizza and sipping on cocktails from Dano’s Dangerous Tequila and Tito’s Handmade Vodka. After honoring Green Fingers, Greenwich Garden Club, and Hortulus, the stage was turned over to an exciting live auction, followed by a heads/tail raffle game and dancing.

We’re truly grateful to co-chairs Amory Armstrong Kenny, Katie Cosby, and JoAnn McCarthy, as well as the event committee and our new friends and supporters for making LocalMotion a success.

The funds raised ensure that dependent, aging adults can remain LOCAL! All proceeds will contribute to River House program expenses including health services, therapeutic recreation, meals, and socialization for members, along with respite and support for their caregivers.
